Delivery and return deadlines
In Denmark, you must order no later than 21/12/23 at 14:00 for delivery before Christmas.
For the rest of the EU, you must order no later than 11/12/23 at 12:00 for delivery before Christmas.
For countries outside the EU, you must order no later than 27/11 at 12:00 for delivery before Christmas.
We offer that you can exchange your Christmas gifts for free until 14 January 2024.
We exchange gifts purchased from 23/11 until 24/12.
If you want the money back, we have a 14-day return policy as usual, so if you are in doubt whether the money should be returned for the gift, we recommend that you wait as long as possible to buy your Christmas gifts.
